About Us
Who Are We?
New Paradigm Social established ourselves in January 2022, within this time frame we have already developed strong working relationships with current professionals within the children’s and social care sector, and bring our own transferable skills from the education sector.
We have over 40 years of combined directorship and senior management experience working with children and Young People from an array of backgrounds. With a track record of success in education, youth rehabilitation. social support and sport participation; The New Paradigm Social’s cultural values and beliefs have been developed by listening to the voice of children and Young People to create meaningful futures.

What Are Our Social Values?
At New Paradigm Social, we believe that every child and young person has a voice, and should be included in the decision making discussions regarding their lives. Children and young people should have a platform and environment to develop emotionally, physically, socially and psychologically.
Family
Families are not just those who are related but those who influence us in positive ways. They can help define behaviour in a variety of settings, assist young people in making healthy decisions, and strengthen your family’s bond. At New Paradigm Social, we believe that all young people and staff should see the value in others and feel valued in their environment regardless of their backgrounds, beliefs, values or physical differences. These family values are developed through meaningful education within their environment.
Education
Education develops critical thinking, this is important when teaching young people how to use logic when making decisions and interacting with people, boosting creativity and communication skills. Education not only helps individuals meet basic job qualifications and makes them more likely secure purposeful employment in the future; but domestic education provides the platform to lead purposeful lives. New Paradigm Social have devised their own bespoke independence pathway, that all young people will work towards. We also believe that CPD education is paramount for staff development, which is why we offer all of our staff a range of free, recognised industry related and transferable qualifications and CPD opportunities.
iNNOVATION
Education develops innovative skills that allows us to make key decisions that are positive and productive. Innovation is integral for young people to learn from their life experiences, and to make purposeful decisions that lead to a more sustainable and independent life. By understanding their life experiences, young people are more likely to develop emotional intelligence, and develop more positive behaviours. Through innovation, staff will also be able to use their professional experiences to develop innovative strategies to positively influence the young people they are guardians of.
Trust
We believe in creating an environment where young people and staff feel safe in their surroundings. Honesty is the foundation of these environments, as honesty develops trustful relationships. Transparency is significant for young people and adults to build these trustful relationships, which is why we are committing to be transparent in all decisions from RKO’s to the Directors, involving key stakeholders in the process. We want to work internally and with external partners by building positive relationships built on family morals and honesty. All young people and staff should be able to trust that their family has their best interests at heart.
